
Week 48 is here — so close to a full year!
Looking back, I’ve realized the biggest lesson: it’s ALL about getting out of your own head.
Those first few months were brutal. My mind constantly screamed at me to eat junk — every day, almost every meal. Veggies, fruit, and protein tasted bland and felt like a chore. I was a slave to my cravings, and every meal felt like a battle.
But then… around month 5, everything changed. And it happened almost overnight.
Suddenly, I started to crave the “boring” foods — the lower-calorie, nutrient-dense meals that used to feel like punishment. Instead of reaching for starchy carbs first, I was diving into veggies, fruit, and protein, and often didn’t even finish the carbs on my plate. My appetite completely transformed.
Now, I watch others eat the way I used to: carbs first, fats second, protein third, and maybe a veggie or two if there’s room left — usually there isn’t.
If you keep that pattern up, you’ll slowly keep gaining fat, move further away from your goals, and inch closer to quitting altogether.
After 10 years as an affiliate owner, I’ve seen every cycle, every struggle. I know how tough it is — but I also know how amazing it feels when it finally clicks.
I’m rooting for each of you to have that same breakthrough I did these last 48 weeks. It’s not easy… but it’s absolutely worth it.
