Working out more than 3x per week has many benefits, including losing weight, gaining muscle and having more energy throughout the day.

Lose weight. 

If you workout 4-5x per week you will burn more calories than if you only came 2-3x per week. The extra days add up over a years time, before you know it you will have poured out more sweat than ever before. It also keeps you from eating extra meals or snacks throughout the day because you will spend less time at home. Finally, the more you come the more you get to know your teammates which will lead to being more consistent. Losing weight is not easy, but when you come more than 3x per week your chances to succeed improve dramatically. 

Get stronger. 

If you workout 4-5x per week you will spend more time under tension with heavy load to get stronger and bigger. The more days you can tear up your muscle fibers the faster your muscles will grow, if you add 2 more days to your week that will add up over time. Also, more time in class means you get more practice refining your form, this will lead to you lifting heavy weights and staying healthier longer. Lastly, with the programming being varied you will not have to worry about missing an important strength days (lost of people that come 2-3x per week regularly miss strength days). If you can add a few workout days to your week you will find the key to unlock a bigger, stronger body. 

More energy throughout the day. 

If you workout 4-5x per week you will guarantee a way to boost up your brains endorphins which will help your mentality throughout the day, the happier you are the better you perform. In addition, the camaraderie at the gym will help you feel good, the more you come to workout the more you’re around people with the right vibe and can push you to your full potential. Finally, when you workout more days than you don’t you build a confidence not like other people, this confidence can create sunshine even on the darkest of days. Everyone wants more energy throughout the day, you can create that by coming to the gym more than 3x per week. 

If you can find the time, working out more than 3x per week will put you in a much better position to reach your goal of losing weight, gaining weight and can help increase your energy levels throughout the day.
